Personal Background
This memorial website was created in loving memory of Tony Tang; son, brother, and friend.
On July 7, 2008, Tony and his family went on a Cruise trip around Europe, until he stopped breathing and eventually his heart stopped as well. The doctors were able to get his heart beating and the breathing started again after he was taken off of the ship. He was rushed to a hospital in Spain and was under life support until July 11th, 2008 when the doctors proclaimed that 100% of his brain was damaged and were forced to pull the plug. Doctors are still unsure on the cause of death.
Tony was born on May 10, 1982 and sadly passed away on July 11, 2008 at the age of 26.
Tony is missed greatly by family and friends and will be remembered forever.

Latest Memories
Minh Nguyen - From the first time I met you at Jason and Ray’s party way back when, I knew from the start of our friendship, you would be the guy to hang out with for a fun time. Always fun-loving, cheerful, and supportive, you were there when others needed you.
I’ll always remember that time we went biking in Half Moon Bay, and later that night after drunken bowling and then Krispey Kreme, you, David, Alex, and my brother were executing “Operation Krispey Kreme Drive-thru” to get the Drive-Thru girl’s phone number, and a police car just so happened to roll up at the same time. A policewoman got out of her car and started asking questions. The policewoman asked, “Why are you guys walking through the drive-thru?” to which you replied, “Because gas prices are so high?” Gosh, we laughed so hard, and soon afterwards, she let the group go without a hitch. That night was the best.
Throughout all the parties, hangouts, late night talks on AIM, and randomness, we shared good times and memories that will last lifetimes. You will be missed my friend.
Jennifer - Tony was a very chilled guy. I first met him in martial arts when i was in middle school. He was a great teacher, he taught me a lot. As a classmate, student, and a friend of his younger brother, I feel we all share a great bond as friends.I will never forget his smiles, because they just brighten up my day. I miss you. Let your smiles from above brighten each and everyday.:)
Cliff - I remember when I first met Tony at Mills. During freshman year would hang out with Hammed everyday during lunch time sharing PB&J sandwiches and lunchables. Since then, we've chatted briefly every now and then through college. He was a good friend with a very positive attitude and a great personality. I will miss him.
chuder - when i hear the name Tony Tang, i cant help but smile. Our WWII project in Doc's history class was probably our greatest collaboration. After that every project, every group test, he was with me. He copied one of my papers as well as the last big test, that gave us both A's. We were allowed by doc to not take the final, and so we went out to grab some food and just sit in the courtyard talking... i cant remember what was said... i just remember how happy he was to be out of class and getting an A. We almost always laughed when we were around each other... so i hope to laugh with him again one day.
Rhia - I remember hanging out with him mostly at SJSU w/ Nick and Willie. I know we did a lot of stuff back then, details are all fuzzy now, but I do recall a lot of laughter and happy times.
